dEaR gLoBe

I sent a screaming email to Globe, our ISP, saying that I don’t get my money’s worth. I wouldn’t actually mind if I don’t use it for work. They really have bad service. Twice this month, they have a system restoration in the Visayas area, which lasted for 8 hours. I called their hotline and vented out my frustrations, but I don’t think, the customer service representative got my point, so I had to email them, good thing I got a response. They should give me the 2-day refund I asked from their billing department. I just hope their broadband service can soon accommodate voice over ip services.
