sLeEp TiGhT

Tomorrow is badminton day! I don’t know exactly the rules of the game. I just play to sweat. It’s more fun than going to the gym and less expensive. I believe it also helps in having longer hours of sound sleep. I’m glad I no longer experience sleep apnea, or else I would need a CPAP Machines so I can sleep comfortably.
