oN a DiEt?

It's my third week in the gym and i know, I'm not yet losing any pounds but I enjoy my time there, especially with the dance class. But seriously, I need to lose weight. These are things I've done so far to help me in my diet:

- gym
- eat oats for dinner
- less softdinks, coffe
- no junk food
- goodbye redhorse, hello gilbeys premium :)
