This is a good start for me. I've managed to reduce my rice consumption by half. I actually wanted to totally get rid of rice, but that's torture. It's so good to be home and have better control in what I'm eating - no fastfood, no beer, and no cheesecakes. So long as I have meat and vegetables, then I'm good. I've been eating leaves since I got here. This morning, I had bacon wrapped in fresh letttuce and dipped in my homemade sauce. Yummy and healthy!
