I started to jog again, and it felt good. I just jog inside the compound after class. I hope I could do this regularly for at least this year, while I'm on training. It feels like I’m gaining so much weight now since we just sit all day at class and sit all night to study, plus I always have my midnight snack, now that the fridge is just inside our room. I need to seriously exercise and lose some pounds or else I’ll end up buying more clothes.
