I am really disturbed every time I see some of my colleagues not entertaining the visitors well, who come to our office. It's like they are irritated whenever a visitor comes asking for some of the services we are supposed to give. These people visit us, sometimes not knowing the exact thing they need, so it's our responsibility to guide them by asking questions with a calm voice. It makes me so annoyed when they are given a bad treatment. You're working for the government, so you should be serving the public. That's why people hate some government institutions because of these frontliners who are not treating the public well. So maybe government employees in the Philippines should also have training for customer service.
