Every day in the office, a lot of things bother me; from a broken chair, to a messy dining area, an unused weather model, high volume during afternoon TV drama, damaged photocopier, poor billing system, and the list goes on and on. During my first year, I was able to adjust to these things without complaints. But now, not only these things are embarrassing to outsiders, but also making me uncomfortable at work. I have a lot of sensible and practical suggestions in my mind, and I hope I would be able to present them and not be judged as superior or assuming. I simply want a well-organized office with clean and presentable facilities. Well, I hope someday I may have the chance to materialize these changes with the right attitude, and a right approach, to the right person.
